Shipping times for US orders -

Our processing time is 1-2 business days on average. Our team is working hard to process and ship your orders as soon as possible. 

Standard U.S. shipping is about 2-5 business days for but express shipping is available as an option during check out! NOTE: shipping times may be delayed due to COVID, so please reach out if you are having issues, or if your package appears to be lost.

Unfortunately, once your package leaves our warehouse and is in the possession of the mail service, we have no control over the mail carriers but we will try dealing with any problems to the best of our abilities. Remember, certain packaged types, such as UPS and Priority come with additional amenities such as insurance. If you have any concerns about your package arriving safely, please purchase that option.

Shipping times for International orders -

Customs are not included in the shipping cost. Mina + Pup is not responsible for any extra costs you may be charged. Please check with your specific country customs and import office prior to placing the order.

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide the highest quality products to you, our valued customer. If a product gets damaged during shipping, please take photos of the outside packaging, as well as of the damaged items and DO NOT DISCARD THE PACKAGING OR THE ITEMS. Please contact us within 24 hours of the damaged package arrival and we will assist you further. 

Please remember the saying: measure twice, buy once! Each harness and collar has a photo of the size guide published next to it. If you have questions on HOW to measure your dog, or if your dog is in between sizes and you need help, shoot us a DM on IG @minaandpup or email us hello@minaandpup.com

Need to do a return? All items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in brand new, resalable condition FREE OF DOG HAIR, CHEW MARKS OR STAINS. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, with tracking. Each item will be inspected and the return will either be approved or denied on a case by case basis. We will notify you via email once your return is approved and when your refund will be processed. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item!

Please do not send returns without prior authorization from us. All items received that do not meet the return criteria above will not be returned to you. They will be donated or disposed of. *Please note that certain items such as final sale items or gift cards are not returnable.

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange a BRAND NEW item for a different size or style, please follow the return instructions above for a refund first, and then purchase the correct size or new style of product you want.
